tags lookup

How about have a drop-down menu while typing that suggest tags?
in my case, I will block users to create new tags and I will have a mod/admin inputted tag list... without tag suggestion, the users need to remember the list of tags and it will not happen.

Good suggestion. Same for usernames in referencing them inline with @, and when starting a conversation... People tend to not remember those names out of the blue ;-)
